Message Following up, now after rebuilding all 24 lifters - No change!

Someone please end my suffering :) ... And diagnose this! I have been able to deal with all this thing can throw at me in the last 5000+ miles no problem, until now. After a pull to 6500 RPM one night. This "clacking" noise resulted. Never had a problem up until now, even after track and 1/4 Mile

Please enjoy, it gets brilliant-sounding near the end!

The engine runs fine, other then that sound, it doesnt get any worse then that. And only starts when the VG warms up a bit. Nothing when started cold! I had finished my lifter rebuild before this, surprisingly, it didn't solve my problem. This is now a mystery beyond my comprehension.

I have checked everything related to fuel, spark, and timing. Compression is fine, lifters are good. Just so frustrating. VTC solenoids are good. BDE Intake Sprockets. Retainers looked good too.

If anyone has any clue, that would be great, and I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Nick
